SubSaver Pro: Revolutionizing SaaS Spend Management
SubSaver Pro
UX/UI, UX Research, Product Design
As the lead designer for SubSaver Pro, I focused on creating an AI-powered SaaS management platform that simplifies subscription tracking and cost optimization. After conducting initial research, I established core design principles prioritizing automation, visibility, and actionable insights to help organizations manage their software subscriptions effectively.
What is SubSaver Pro
SubSaver Pro's AI-powered platform helps businesses automatically discover, track, and optimize these subscriptions, delivering average first-year savings of $520,000 while reducing management time by 85%.
Challange
Through user interviews and data analysis, I identified that mid-sized companies struggle with managing an average of 187 SaaS subscriptions. My research revealed that existing solutions failed to provide clear visibility and actionable insights. Based on this, I designed user flows that specifically address the 28% unused licenses problem and the 12% duplicate subscription issue that companies face.
Solution
To understand user needs, I interviewed 50 Tech and Finance leaders, ran usability tests, and analyzed data from more than 100 mid-sized companies. Using affinity mapping, I categorized pain points: visibility issues, cost control challenges, and process inefficiencies. This research guided my design decisions toward creating intuitive dashboards and automated workflows.
Measurable Results
Post-launch user testing and analytics showed that my design solutions contributed to an 65% reduction in management time and 50% faster renewal processes. The intuitive interface design helped achieve 72% user adoption rates, while my streamlined workflows enabled companies to achieve average first-year savings of $320,000.
